J-CELL

 Juliett-Cell is a cell of the Delta Green conspiracy operating in the American South-west, specifically in Nevada and around Las Vegas. The current agents and friendlies making up J-Cell (the player characters) are:

• Agent JACE (Terence Candy): age 32, DEA Tactical Diversion Unit, some experience in the Las Vegas PD. Cell leader despite being relatively new to the Conspiracy. Injured in the line of duty, not as agile as he used to be. An idealist at heart, strongly motivated to keep working towards Delta Green's mission. 
• Agent JACKAL (Norman Hackett): age 35, State Cop working with the DEA TDU. Corrupt, taking bribes and extorting money from local gangs, petty drug dealers and the remnants of the Mafia. Initially blackmailed into collaborating with the Cell.
• Agent JACK (Kyle Gardner): age 43, Casino owner and entrepreneur. Initially a Friendly collaborating with the cell providing resources and a safehouse, 'promoted' to Agent after his participation in an operation that took out most of the previous members of the cell. His business is involved with a dying out mob family.
• Friendly, Dr. Fincher: age 42, Veterinarian. Also a regular doctor and surgeon that won't ask too many questions, if one is willing to compromise. Arrogant and eccentric, but works well under pressure and has helped the Cell before.

Agent JUNE, the previous Cell leader, was an FBI agent in Las Vegas Field Intelligence Group with experience working in the Behavioral Analysis Unit. She provided cover for the team's operations in Nevada, and her professional demeanor and cold, analytical approach to problems kept the cell together. She was also obviously paranoid, and had a worrying smoking habit. Her obsession with making prolonged eye contact a little too close also made other agents uncomfortable often. 

 OPERATIONAL HISTORY 

The current makeup of J-Cell is fairly recent, and its formation was somewhat traumatic for most Agents. Held together mostly by blackmail and trauma-bonding, a disastrous end for the Cell is simply a matter of time.

• December 2003: JUNE recruits JACE after he finds half a dozen bloated bodies filled with writhing worms in an abandoned pool. 
• May 2004: J-Cell blackmails JACKAL and JACK into helping as Friendlies during an operation that involves a local gang.
• October 2004: J-Cell investigates strange murders throughout Clark County. They discover it is an alien parasite inhabiting the body of the killer, but not before it can kill most of the Cell.
• 24 October 2004: To apprehend the killer, JUNE and JACE bring JACKAL and JACK fully into the Conspiracy as Agents.
• 25 October 2004: After eliminating the main host of the parasite, the Agents discover that JUNE has also been infected. JACKAL convinces Dr. Fincher to perform the extraction but JUNE does not survive the surgery. Fincher is brought in as a friendly.
• 15 March 2005: Agent JACE is contacted by A-Cell. J-Cell is assembled for Operation JOYRIDE.
